We do not offer refunds on digital products.

Physical Products

I don't offer cash refunds on physical products unless they are damaged. I will reship and issue a store credit if your materials are damaged in transit.

When Does My Order Ship?

Physical products are shipped within 48 hours or ordering via USPS first class or priority mail, Monday through Friday.

We're currently a small operation so if you need to know if a delivery date can be met, send an email first! We'll get back to you ASAP.

Do You Price Match?

While I strive to offer competitive pricing, I do not price match. Shopping our site allows us to donate 10% of our net profits to programs that support the mental health of women of color.
